Zara is a UK-based qualified Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist working with individuals and couples. She has specialised in Psychodynamic and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples, and is a trained EMDR and Trauma Informed Therapist.

I support adults aged 18 and over seeking to heal from issues like Anxiety Disorders, Depression, OCD, Addictions, sexual abuse, anger management & emotional regulation & attachment difficulties to name a few. My role is to support you in developing confidence, self-awareness, and the tools to lead a more empowered and meaningful life.
Therapy for couples
My speciality is couples therapy that can transform the way you and your partner connect by changing the negative, repetitive cycle you maybe stuck in. Some of the areas I help your relationship is more effective communication, strengthening emotional and sexual intimacy and building a safe and secure attachment bond with each other. I also help you resolve relationship injuries like infidelity, addiction, parenting challenges to name a few. Many couples move from relationship distress to a healthier, more loving connection through this process.

Hello there, I’m Zara, a therapist and an author. I am passionate about human psychology and have been working in the field for more than ten years and helped many individual and couple clients change, heal and lead fully and free functioning lives and maintain wholesome relationships.
How I work
As a practitioner, I am deeply attuned to the clients conscious and unconscious process and
grounded in comprehensive theoretical knowledge founded in numerous trainings I have done over the years and integrated in my therapeutic work. Every client is unique and complex and I believe that one therapeutic modality isn’t enough to support an individual which is why I integrate my comprehensive learning to support you..

without feeling judged.
What I offer
I am excited to support you on your therapeutic journey and working through any mental health concerns you may be experiencing. I offer an initial free 15 minutes consultation to address any queries you may have. Therapy is a difficult decision but a very important one and I try my best to
support each client that I work with the same degree of care, compassion and commitment.
I provide a safe, empathetic and non-judgmental space for clients seeking healing and change. Sessions are available in-person or online.
Fees & Timings:
I offer a range of daytime and evening appointments, Monday to Friday. I see clients on a weekly and fortnightly basis. Initially, it is more therapeutic to work together on a weekly basis, though I understand this can be difficult for some people, and I am happy to discuss other options.
My full fees are as follows:
- Individual (50 minutes): £75
- Couple (60 minutes): £110
Clients are kindly asked to inform of any cancellation at least 24 hours in advance.
